Summer Camp - Week 2 - The Beginning

So this week, I'll be rehearsing 7 numbers plus 3 different variations we are planning to perform this Friday. Of course we only pick one of the three but I still am required to learn them all. The variations are all from Don Quixote and I am having the hardest time deciding which one to perform! Care to help me out?

Mercede's Variation:

The Dryad Queen:

Kitri's Entrance:

I really wanted to do Mercede's variation for the intense acting. But I wanted to do the Dryad Queen variation for the grand or "Italian" fouettes at the end. But I wanted to do Kitri's entrance because it is just plain fun! GAH, I can't decide! Any ideas people?!?!

  1. I find that Kitri's entrance has something grand and exciting about. I've always pictured Don Quixote in this variation, and know that I would pick it. Hope this helps?

  3. Hmm... That's definitely a tough decision. i'd probably do the dryad queen because it seems like a real challenge. Those fouettes at the end, jeez!!!! And plus it appears from your last video that you have the extension to do it anyway! :)
